The space

Spanning 125 m², the apartment features a private entrance opening onto a leafy courtyard, giving it a peaceful, sheltered atmosphere away from the bustle of the street. Its north-facing orientation provides soft, consistent light throughout the day — particularly pleasant in summer.

On the practical side, you'll find a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment, a hairdryer, and bed linen and towels are provided. Please note there is no parking available for this property.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building accessed through a secure hall leading to an inner courtyard. The entrance to the property is in the courtyard, on the garden side — no lift is required. Full instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Rue de l'Université is one of the most elegant streets in the 7th arrondissement, lined with Haussmann buildings and characterful independent shops. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find the Esplanade des Invalides with its gilded dome, the Musée de l'Armée, and the banks of the Seine near the Pont de l'Alma. The nearby Rue Saint-Dominique is full of bakeries, bistros and fine food shops for your daily meals and shopping. The Rue Cler market street — often called the most charming shopping street in Paris — is also reachable on foot. For museum lovers, the Musée d'Orsay and the Musée Rodin are less than 15 minutes away on foot.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: La Tour Maubourg station (line 8) is around a 5-minute walk away, and Invalides station, served by both metro line 13 and RER C, is also approximately 5 minutes on foot — perfect for reaching Saint-Michel, Versailles or Orly Airport with ease.

The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions.
