The space

On the practical side, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment, bed linen and towels, a vacuum cleaner and a smoke detector. Please note there is no parking available for this property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building equipped with a lift, making access with luggage very easy. Entry is through a secure hall with a digital keypad, followed by an interior corridor leading to the apartment door. Full detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

The property is ideally located on Rue des Lilas, just steps from the lively Place des Fêtes, one of the largest squares in the 19th arrondissement, surrounded by local shops, markets and buzzing terraces. The Quartier d'Amérique, with its peaceful streets and typically Parisian architecture, invites you to wander and explore. A few minutes' walk away, the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont offers one of the most beautiful green spaces in Paris — perfect for a morning jog or an end-of-day picnic. Food lovers will appreciate the many grocery stores, bakeries and small restaurants in the neighbourhood. A great address to discover an authentic and vibrant side of Paris, away from the most tourist-heavy areas.

Transport

The property is very well connected: Place des Fêtes station (line 11) is just a 2-minute walk away, and Pré Saint-Gervais (line 7bis) and Télégraphe (line 11) stations are both reachable in under 5 minutes, allowing you to quickly reach central Paris and its main attractions.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
