Welcome to LILAS, a warm 60m² apartment nestled in the heart of the 19th arrondissement of Paris. East-facing, the property enjoys beautiful morning light that immediately gives each room a soft and restful atmosphere.

The space

The apartment is organised around a pleasant and well-thought-out living space, where the natural morning light creates a soothing ambiance from the moment you wake up.

- Fully equipped kitchen

To ensure your comfort on warm days, the apartment has two fans: one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

In the kitchen, you'll find an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender — everything you need to cook or simply start the day on the right foot. In the living room, radiators ensure a comfortable temperature, and wine glasses are ready for evening get-togethers. On the practical side, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, hair dryer, ironing equipment, bed linen and towels, a vacuum cleaner and a smoke detector. Please note there is no parking available for this property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a quiet, secure, and well-maintained building equipped with an elevator, which makes it much easier to get there with your luggage. You enter through a secure lobby with a keypad, and an interior hallway leads to the apartment door. You will receive detailed instructions before your arrival.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in a quiet, secure, and well-maintained residence close to Place des Fêtes. The area offers all essential shops and services, as well as excellent public transport connections. Just a short walk away, you'll find the Jourdain district, a favorite among locals for its charming village atmosphere, quality food shops, cafés, restaurants, and lively neighborhood life. The beautiful Buttes-Chaumont Park, one of Paris's most iconic green spaces, is also nearby and perfect for a relaxing stroll. This location offers the ideal balance between authentic Parisian living, tranquility, and quick access to the city's main attractions.

Transport

Place des Fêtes metro station (Line 11) is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment. This line provides direct access to Hôtel de Ville and central Paris in approximately 15 minutes. Télégraphe (Line 11) and Pré Saint-Gervais (Line 7bis) stations are also within walking distance, making it easy to reach other parts of the city. Thanks to these excellent transport links, you can enjoy a peaceful residential setting while staying well connected to Paris's main attractions.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. You'll also have access to our app with all the information you need: the accommodation, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
