The space

Facing east, the apartment is filled with beautiful morning light that flows through the living spaces. Its position overlooking an interior courtyard provides a welcome sense of calm, away from the bustle of the avenue. The generous 110m² layout is equally suited to family stays or trips with friends looking for a refined base in Paris.

The apartment is fully equipped for cooking: oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender are all at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment complete the setup for a hassle-free stay. Please note there is no parking available for this property.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a building accessible via an interior courtyard. Entry is secured via a digital keypad and vigik system. A lift is available in the building to help with your luggage. Full detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Avenue Victor Hugo is one of the 16th arrondissement's great thoroughfares, combining neighbourhood charm with refined Parisian elegance. Local bakeries, cafés and boutiques line the street, making everyday life here both pleasant and convenient. A few minutes' walk away, the Arc de Triomphe and Place Charles-de-Gaulle offer one of the most iconic panoramas in Paris, with the Champs-Élysées stretching out before you. The Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower are easily reachable on foot or by metro, perfect for an evening stroll along the Seine. The Bois de Boulogne, the great green lung of western Paris, is also just a short walk away. For day-to-day needs, shops, markets and restaurants are close at hand around Rue de la Pompe and Place Victor Hugo.

Transport

Victor Hugo metro station (line 2) is just a 2-minute walk away, connecting you quickly to Nation, Opéra and Place de Clichy. Boissière and Kléber stations (both on line 6) are around 5 minutes on foot, offering direct access to Trocadéro and Étoile.

Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions.
