The space

Facing east, the apartment enjoys lovely morning light that flows through the living room and bedrooms. The Haussmann stonework and inner courtyard give it a genuinely Parisian atmosphere — intimate and bright at once. The 60m² are well laid out, with no wasted space.

- Bathroom with shower and bathtub - in subplex.

The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living room features a TV with satellite/cable access and a stereo system for your evenings in. On the practical side, you'll find a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment, a hairdryer and WiFi. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please note there is no parking available.

Please note, if you are a person with reduced mobility, this accommodation has stairs to access the bathroom in souplex.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the ground floor, with no lift — making it easy to access with your luggage. Entry is through an inner courtyard, reached via a secure building entrance. The apartment has its own private entrance.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

The 17th arrondissement, and more specifically the Plaine-de-Monceau neighbourhood, is one of the most pleasant in Paris: well-heeled without being stiff, lively without being noisy. A few minutes' walk away, Parc Monceau offers a green escape with its lawns, statues and morning strollers. Avenue de Villiers and Rue de Lévis — one of Paris's finest market streets — are packed with cheese shops, bakeries, open-air stalls and neighbourhood restaurants where locals gather every week. Boulevard des Batignolles, with its café terraces and independent shops, rounds out this warm and authentic picture. A neighbourhood made for wandering, far from the tourist bustle, yet just a few stops from Paris's greatest landmarks.

Transport

Métro Villiers (lines 2 and 3) is just a 2-minute walk away, connecting you quickly to Opéra, La Défense or Nation. Malesherbes station (line 3) is a 4-minute walk, and Monceau (line 2) is 5 minutes away, giving you even more flexibility to get around the city.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. You'll also have access to our app with all the information you need: the accommodation, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
