Cosy flat near Montmartre

Welcome to this warm 54 m² apartment, nestled on the 4th floor of a typical Parisian building dating from the first half of the 20th century. South-facing, it enjoys lovely natural light throughout the day. Ideally located in the 18th arrondissement, just a few minutes' walk from Montmartre, it makes a perfect base for exploring one of Paris's most iconic neighbourhoods.

The space

As soon as you step in, you'll appreciate the authentic character of this Parisian apartment, filled with natural light thanks to its south-facing orientation. The layout is practical and pleasant, with two well-separated bedrooms offering a genuine sense of privacy.

- Bedroom 1: double bed (140 cm wide)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160 cm wide)
- Bathroom with bathtub and toilet
- Equipped kitchen

In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need: oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living area features a TV and a fan for warm summer evenings. For everyday comfort, the apartment has a washer, dryer and ironing equipment, as well as sheets and towels provided, a hairdryer and a laptop-friendly workspace. There is no parking available.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible by stairs only — there is no lift. Entry is through a secured door with a digital code, followed by a second secured door before reaching the stairwell. The apartment has its own private entrance on the landing.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Rue Custine is ideally located in Paris’s 18th arrondissement, just steps from Place Jean Gabin and at the foot of the Montmartre Hill. You'll enjoy the unique atmosphere of the sought-after Lamarck-Caulaincourt area, known for its charming cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and local shops, all within a few minutes’ walk.

A short stroll will take you to the picturesque streets that make Montmartre one of Paris’s most iconic neighborhoods, as well as many spots loved by locals. The Sacré-Cœur Basilica can be reached on foot in around 20 minutes, while the famous Place du Tertre and its artists are also nearby. The area offers the perfect balance between authentic Parisian neighborhood life, everyday conveniences, and easy access to Montmartre’s main attractions.

Transport

Marcadet–Poissonniers Metro station, served by lines 4 and 12, is a 4–5 minute walk away and provides easy access to many of Paris’s key districts. Lamarck–Caulaincourt station (line 12), located in the heart of one of Montmartre’s most desirable areas, is also within easy walking distance and places you close to numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops. Jules Joffrin station (line 12) is approximately a 6-minute walk away. Château Rouge station (line 4) is also about a 3-minute walk from the apartment, offering a quick connection to central Paris.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. You'll also have access to our app with all the information you need: the accommodation, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
