Welcome to this warm apartment nestled on the top floor of a 19th-century building, on a quiet and residential street in the 14th arrondissement. Compact but well thought out, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris, just steps from local amenities and transport links.

The space

Facing north-east, the apartment enjoys soft, gentle light and a peaceful atmosphere, away from the bustle of busy main roads. At 25m², the space is carefully optimised: each room has its purpose, and the overall feel is intimate and restful — typical of a well-designed small Parisian apartment.

The rooms:
- Bedroom: 1 double bed (140cm), no en-suite bathroom or toilet
- Bathroom: bathtub and toilet
- Living room: relaxation area with TV
- Kitchen: separate and fully equipped

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, coffee machine and kettle — everything you need to prepare breakfast and meals at home. In the living room, the TV and available books are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The apartment also has a washing machine, bed linen and towels provided, and a laptop-friendly workspace — handy if you're mixing work and travel. Please note: there is no parking available.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 4th and top floor of the building, accessible by stairs only — there is no lift. Access is via a secure entrance leading to the building's hallway, with a private entrance to the apartment.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located on Rue du Moulin Vert, a quiet and authentic address in the 14th arrondissement, far from mass tourism yet well connected to the rest of Paris. The Plaisance neighbourhood is one of the most lively and genuine in the south of Paris: you'll find artisan bakeries, local cafés, grocery shops and a variety of restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. Rue Raymond Losserand, the neighbourhood's main artery, is lined with everyday shops and services. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach Montparnasse and its energy — restaurants, cinemas, the Tour Montparnasse — or stroll along the paths of the Montparnasse Cemetery, an unexpectedly pleasant and peaceful green space. The Edgar Quinet market and Rue Daguerre, famous for its open-air food market, round off a delightful taste of authentic Parisian life.

Transport

The apartment is very well served by public transport: Pernety station (line 13) is about a 5-minute walk away (382m), giving you direct access to Montparnasse-Bienvenüe in just one stop and connecting you to the main lines of the network. Plaisance (line 13) and Alésia (line 4) stations are also within a 6 to 7-minute walk, with Alésia offering fast access to central Paris via line 4.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. You'll also have access to our app with all the information you need: the accommodation, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
