Bright, well laid out and with the impressive ceiling heights typical of Haussmann buildings, it comfortably accommodates a family or group of friends for a successful Parisian stay.

The space

Facing north-east, the apartment enjoys beautiful morning light and a calm atmosphere throughout the day. The living space is generous with a smooth flow between the rooms, and the charm of the period building is felt from the very first step inside.

• Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed (160cm)

• 2 bathrooms — one with shower and WC, the other with bathtub and WC

The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and wine glasses for lovely evenings in. The living space is equipped with air conditioning, gas radiators, WiFi, a TV with satellite or cable access and a laptop workspace. For laundry and daily needs, you'll find a washing machine, dryer, ironing equipment, a hairdryer, and bed linen and towels are provided. Please note there is no parking associated with this property.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a Haussmann building with a lift, making access easy even with luggage. Entry is via a secure badge system, and all detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival so you can reach the apartment with complete peace of mind.

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Avenue Niel is one of those beautiful streets in the 17th that blends residential tranquillity with a lively neighbourhood feel. Just steps away, Rue de Lévis and its famous covered market invite you to shop each morning among cheese makers, greengrocers and delicatessens. Parc Monceau, one of Paris's most beautiful green spaces, is just a short walk away for a stroll beneath the chestnut trees. Boulevard des Batignolles offers a fine selection of cafés, bistros and restaurants where you can linger at your leisure. A short metro ride away, the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées are unmissable, while Montmartre and its charming winding streets are also very easily accessible from this prime location.

Transport

Pereire metro station (line 3) is about a 4-minute walk away, giving direct access to Paris's main hubs. Equally close, Pereire - Levallois station (RER C) is around a 5-minute walk, ideal for reaching the Left Bank or the airport quickly. Porte de Champerret station (line 3) rounds out the options at approximately 6 minutes on foot.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions.
