The space

Facing north-west, the studio enjoys beautiful late-afternoon light and a peaceful atmosphere. The space is well laid out, making clever use of its 42m² to offer a pleasant living environment, with a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas.

In terms of equipment, the kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle — everything you need to cook just like at home. For everyday comfort, you'll also find a washing machine, bed linen and towels provided, as well as basic toiletries for your arrival. Please note there is no parking available for this property.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a secure building, accessible via an interior courtyard. A lift is available to reach the floor. The property has a private entrance, and all detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival to ensure a smooth and stress-free check-in.

Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

The property is located on Rue de Vézelay, a quiet and residential street in the 8th arrondissement, just a stone's throw from the energy of Paris's great avenues. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the Champs-Élysées with its unique atmosphere, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Palais de l'Élysée. Parc Monceau, one of Paris's most beautiful gardens with its statues, lake and century-old trees, is just a few minutes' walk away — perfect for a morning stroll. The neighbourhood also boasts a wealth of great spots: elegant boutiques, refined restaurants and typical Parisian cafés line the Boulevard de Courcelles and the surrounding streets. Art lovers will appreciate the proximity of the Musée Jacquemart-André, one of the finest private mansions turned into a museum in the capital.

Transport

The studio is ideally served by public transport: Villiers station (lines 2 and 3) is about a 4-minute walk away, while Monceau station (line 2) is reachable in 5 to 6 minutes. Miromesnil station (lines 9 and 13) is approximately a 7-minute walk, providing excellent connections to the rest of Paris.

The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
