The space

Intimate apartment of 38 m2 located on the ground floor of a small house in a residential alley, offers a real bubble of tranquility, rare in Paris.

The property comprises:
- 1 bedroom: queen-size bed (160cm)
- 1 separate kitchen
- 1 bathroom with shower and WC

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle — everything you need to prepare meals with ease. The apartment also has WiFi, gas radiators for optimal warmth and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided, an iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner are available, and professional cleaning is carried out between each stay. Please note there is no parking available.

Please note, as this accommodation is in a souplex, a few steps are down to reach the accommodation. It is not recommended for disabled people.

Guest access

The apartment is on the ground floor, accessible via a private lane with a secure digicode-protected entrance. Once inside the lane, you go directly to the property — no lift required, everything is on one level. Detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located on Villa Sommeiller, a leafy residential lane typical of the 16th arrondissement, with an almost village-like feel. You are just a short walk from the Bois de Boulogne, Paris's vast green lung — perfect for jogging, strolling or simply unwinding. The Auteuil neighbourhood is full of great spots: bakeries, cafés and restaurants line the nearby rue Michel-Ange and rue d'Auteuil. Roland-Garros Stadium and the Parc des Princes are also within easy reach, as is the charming village of Auteuil with its quiet streets and local market. An elegant and lively neighbourhood with far more to offer than its reserved reputation might suggest.

Transport

Porte de Saint-Cloud metro station (line 9) is just a 5-minute walk away, connecting you directly to the heart of Paris — Nation, Opéra or République are all within reach without changing lines.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
