The space

Situated on the 5th floor of a characterful building constructed between 1900 and 1949, this north-facing apartment features high ceilings and a peaceful atmosphere, sheltered from the bustle of the street below. The layout flows naturally from the living room to the kitchen and through to the bedroom and bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine. The living room features electric radiators for cooler evenings and a fan for the summer months. A washing machine is available for longer stays, and the apartment comes with bed linen and towels. A hairdryer, basic toiletries and a vacuum cleaner round out the amenities for a hassle-free stay. Please note there is no parking available with this property.

Guest access

The apartment is accessed via a secure entrance leading through to an interior courtyard. From the courtyard, you reach the building through a separate private access. The apartment is on the 5th floor, accessible by stairs only — there is no lift. Full detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

The 2nd arrondissement is one of the most vibrant and central in Paris, and Rue Paul Lelong sits right at its heart. A short walk away, you'll find the Galerie Vivienne and the 19th-century covered passages — architectural gems perfect for a spot of browsing or a quiet coffee. Rue Montorgueil, buzzing from early morning with fruit stalls, cheese shops and bakeries, is less than ten minutes on foot. The Palais-Royal and its gardens are just a few minutes away, and the Centre Pompidou — your gateway to the Marais — is easily reachable on foot. Come evening, the Grands Boulevards offer cinemas, theatres and restaurants of all kinds, less than 5 minutes' walk away.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Bourse metro station (line 3) is just 2 minutes' walk away, and Sentier station (line 3) is reachable in under 3 minutes in the other direction. For additional lines, Grands Boulevards station (lines 8 and 9) is approximately 5 minutes on foot.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions.
