The space

From the moment you step in, the apartment feels bright and calming. The west-facing orientation floods the living room with golden afternoon light, and the balcony is the perfect spot to unwind between sightseeing. The layout flows naturally, with distinct areas for living, cooking and sleeping.

The kitchen is fully kitted out with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and blender — everything you need to cook a proper meal. The living room features a TV with satellite/cable, and the apartment has air conditioning along with electric radiators to keep you comfortable in any season. For day-to-day needs, you'll find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and bed linen and towels are provided. Please note there is no parking available with this property.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 8th floor, reachable by lift. The building entrance is secured with a digital code. Once on the floor, the apartment is at the end of the corridor — easy to spot thanks to its distinctive doormat and door sign.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

You're in the Grandes-Carrières neighbourhood, a lively and authentic part of the 18th arrondissement. Rue Eugène Carrière is just a few minutes' walk from the Montmartre hill, the Sacré-Cœur basilica and the Place du Tertre. The Rue Lepic market, the cafés and restaurants along Rue des Abbesses, and the cobblestone lanes typical of the area are all easily reachable on foot. Boulevard de Clichy and its many shops are nearby, as is Avenue de Saint-Ouen, lined with bakeries, local grocery stores and everyday essentials. This is a genuine, lively side of Paris — away from the tourist crowds yet just steps from the city's most iconic sights.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Guy Môquet station (line 13) is about a 6-minute walk away, and Lamarck - Caulaincourt station (line 12) is also around 6 minutes on foot, giving you direct access to Saint-Lazare, Montparnasse and the Madeleine.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions.
