Welcome to this characterful Parisian house, nestled in a quiet street in the 20th arrondissement. With 130 m², 4 bedrooms and a terrace, it offers all the space you need for a family stay or a trip with friends, in a warm and authentic atmosphere.

The space

Built before 1900, this house has retained all its charm: high ceilings, period materials and generous proportions give it an atmosphere found only in Parisian homes of that era. Facing east, it enjoys beautiful morning light. The layout, spread over a single level accessible from the first landing, offers a smooth and pleasant flow.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at your own pace: gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and everything you need for a great meal. The living room features a TV with satellite/cable for relaxing evenings. On the practical side, you'll find a washing machine, a dryer, a hairdryer, and bed linen and towels are provided. The property is heated by individual gas radiators, and a fan is available for summer nights. WiFi is of course available, along with a workspace if you need to work during your stay. No private parking space is included with the rental.

Guest access

The property is a standalone house with a private entrance, accessible from the street via a secure front door. Once inside, the apartment door is at the top of a short interior staircase — there is no lift. Full instructions are sent to you before your arrival so that your check-in goes smoothly.

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Rue Ligner is located in the 20th arrondissement, a lively and authentically Parisian neighbourhood, far from the crowded tourist trails. Just around the corner, rue de Bagnolet is lined with cafés, restaurants and local shops perfect for a leisurely stroll. The Marché de la Réunion, located on place de la Réunion a few minutes' walk away, is ideal for picking up fresh produce. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity of square Édouard Vaillant and parc de Belleville, which offers a remarkable panoramic view over Paris. The neighbourhood also has a dynamic cultural and artistic scene, with numerous independent galleries and performance venues nearby.

Transport

Alexandre Dumas metro station (line 2) is just a 3-minute walk from the property, connecting you quickly to Nation, Opéra or Charles de Gaulle–Étoile. Philippe Auguste station (line 2) is approximately 7 minutes on foot, offering a convenient alternative in the same direction.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
