The space

Facing south-west, the apartment enjoys beautiful natural light in the late afternoon, giving it a soft and restful atmosphere. The layout is simple and well thought out: you step directly into a pleasant living space, extended by a balcony to enjoy the fresh air.

On the equipment side, the kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle — everything you need to prepare good meals. For everyday needs, you'll find a washing machine, ironing equipment, a hairdryer, and bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment has a private entrance and is fitted with a smoke detector. Please note there is no parking available.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with no lift, accessible through a pleasant green courtyard. The entrance is secured by a digital code. Full instructions are sent to you before your arrival so you can access the apartment independently and without any hassle.

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Le Kremlin-Bicêtre is a lively and pleasant town right on the edge of Paris, offering all the benefits of a quiet residential neighbourhood without sacrificing proximity to the capital. Rue Pierre Curie is a peaceful street lined with characterful small buildings. A few minutes' walk away, you'll find everyday shops, bakeries and cafés. Heading towards Porte d'Italie, you step directly into Paris's 13th arrondissement, with its bustling markets, varied restaurants and the energy of Avenue d'Italie. The area is also close to Parc de Choisy and the Butte-aux-Cailles, a charming Parisian neighbourhood with its cobbled lanes and welcoming terraces.

Transport

The apartment is ideally served by public transport: Porte d'Italie station (line 7) is about a 7-minute walk away, connecting you directly to the heart of Paris, from the Opéra to Place d'Italie. Tram T3a also stops at Porte d'Italie at the same distance, giving you access to the Maréchaux and the south of Paris.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
