The space

Located on the 3rd floor of a 19th-century building, this 27m² north-facing studio has a calm and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The space is well laid out and optimised to provide everything you need without excess.

- Fully equipped kitchen

The kitchen is fully functional, with a microwave oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and toaster. The living area has a TV with satellite/cable access, and WiFi is available throughout the apartment. For linen and daily essentials, you'll find sheets and towels provided, a washing machine, a hairdryer, ironing equipment and basic supplies. A vacuum cleaner and a fan are also available. Heating is individual electric via radiators. Please note there is no parking available for this property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with secure keypad entry. There is no lift — access is via the staircase. The apartment door is on the right-hand side of the landing when you reach the floor.

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Boulogne-Billancourt is a lively yet pleasantly residential city, with a real neighbourhood feel. Rue de la Pyramide sits in a quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from the shops, cafés and restaurants lining the Avenue du Général Leclerc. The local market, one of the most popular among residents, takes place nearby and is well worth a visit on weekends. The Bois de Boulogne, with its walking paths, lakes and the Jardin des Serres d'Auteuil, is easily reachable by bike or a few metro stops — perfect for a green escape without leaving the city. Art lovers will appreciate the proximity of the Musée des Années 30, which traces the rich cultural heritage of the city. The banks of the Seine also offer beautiful walks and a relaxed atmosphere in the evening.

Transport

The property is very well connected: Billancourt station (line 9) is around a 4-minute walk away (320m), and Marcel Sembat station (also line 9) is a 5-minute walk (406m), providing quick and direct access to the centre of Paris.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions.
