The space

Facing north-east, the apartment enjoys lovely morning light and a fresh, calming atmosphere. Made up of two clearly separate rooms — an independent bedroom and living room — it offers real comfort for a great stay. The balcony, a real bonus for an apartment of this size, is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while looking out over the Parisian rooftops.

In terms of amenities, the kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook just like at home: oven, stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and even a blender. The living room has WiFi, and a laptop-friendly workspace lets you stay productive if needed. For laundry, you'll find a washing machine, ironing equipment, as well as sheets and towels provided. A hairdryer is also available. Please note: the property does not have parking.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 5th floor, accessible only by stairs — there is no elevator. The building entrance is secure, with access via Vigik or door code. Once inside, simply follow the instructions sent before your arrival to reach the apartment without difficulty.

Keys are to be collected from a secure partner shop near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You'll also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighborhood, good addresses, and much more. Check-out is before 11am, with all instructions sent to you the day before your departure.

The neighborhood

The 14th arrondissement is one of the most authentic Parisian neighborhoods, away from the tourist bustle yet close to everything that matters. On rue Ledion, you're in a quiet residential setting, between the Plaisance (line 13) and Alésia (line 4) stations, just steps from local shops and lively markets such as the rue Daguerre market, a long pedestrian shopping street with an authentic Parisian daily-life feel. A few minutes' walk away, avenue du Maine is full of cafés, bakeries, and restaurants. Parc Montsouris, one of the most beautiful parks in Paris with its lake and generous lawns, is easily accessible for a morning walk or a green break. Montparnasse, with its tower, historic brasseries like La Coupole, and well-connected train station, is also nearby.

Transport

The T3a tramway is just a 3-minute walk away, at the Didot and Jean Moulin stops on boulevard Brune, allowing you to quickly reach Porte de Versailles, Porte d'Orléans, or connect to metro lines 4, 13, and RER B at Montrouge station. The neighborhood is also bordered by the Plaisance (line 13) and Alésia (line 4) stations.
