Nestled on the 6th floor of a 19th-century building in the 12th arrondissement, this east-facing studio promises bright mornings and a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle. A compact yet well-designed space, ideal for a solo or couple's stay, just a few minutes' walk from Bastille and Nation.

The space

As soon as you step in, you'll appreciate the high ceilings typical of old Parisian buildings and the natural light that floods the space in the morning. The 22 m² studio is laid out in a functional way, with a clear separation between the sleeping area, the kitchenette and the private bathroom.

- Sleeping area / living room: 1 double bed (140 cm wide)
- Kitchen: integrated kitchenette
- Private bathroom with shower and WC

In the kitchen, you'll find a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle — perfect for preparing breakfasts or a light meal. The living space includes a laptop-friendly workspace and a fan for warm summer nights. On the practical side, bed linen and towels are provided, a hairdryer is available, and the apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. Please note there is no parking available for this property.

Guest access

The building is accessible via a secure entry code. Once in the hallway, you'll reach the main building through a glazed door, also secured by a code. The studio is on the 6th floor, accessible by stairs only — there is no lift. The apartment door is directly in front of you at the top of the stairs.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

The property is located on Rue de Chaligny, a quiet residential street in the 12th arrondissement, just a short walk from the vibrant Faubourg Saint-Antoine. This neighbourhood blends authentic Parisian life with a genuine local feel: artisan bakeries, cosy bistros, markets and everyday shops are all within easy reach. Heading north, you'll quickly reach Rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine, a lively commercial street that leads straight to Place de la Bastille. To the south, a few minutes on foot takes you to Boulevard Diderot and its café terraces. Place de la Nation, with its gardens and sweeping avenues, is also reachable on foot in under ten minutes. And the banks of the Seine and the Port de l'Arsenal are just a pleasant stroll away.

Transport

Reuilly–Diderot metro station (lines 1 and 8) is just a 4-minute walk away, connecting you directly to central Paris and La Défense. Faidherbe–Chaligny (line 8) is a 6-minute walk, and Montgallet (line 8) is 7 minutes away, offering several handy alternatives depending on your destination.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
