Welcome to this cosy apartment nestled in the heart of the 20th arrondissement of Paris, on Rue de Ménilmontant. Ideally located between the legendary Père-Lachaise cemetery and the lively streets of Ménilmontant, this is a great base for exploring Paris at your own pace.

The space

Located on the 4th floor of a typical Parisian building, this 33m² east-facing apartment is filled with lovely morning light that gives the space a warm and peaceful feel. The layout is well thought out, with a clear separation between the bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom — everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and blender — all you need to prepare meals with ease. The living room has electric radiators and a fan for warm summer nights. For practicality, there is a washing machine, ironing equipment, a hairdryer, and bed linen and towels are provided. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Please note there is no parking available.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building with no lift — please be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. Access is through a secure coded entrance, then via an interior courtyard leading to the staircase. The apartment has its own private entrance on the landing.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Rue de Ménilmontant is one of the most vibrant streets in the 20th arrondissement. Just steps away, you'll find cafés, bakeries and local grocery shops to start the day on the right note. The famous Père-Lachaise cemetery, with its tree-lined paths and historic monuments, is just a few minutes' walk away — a must-see, even for those who wouldn't usually visit a cemetery. The neighbourhood is full of small restaurants, trendy bars and independent galleries that capture the creative and authentic spirit of this part of Paris. Rue de la Mare and the area around Place des Fêtes are also worth exploring for a more local side of the city, away from the usual tourist trails.

Transport

Pelleport metro station (line 3bis) is about a 7-minute walk away, giving you easy access to Gambetta, Nation and the heart of Paris in no time.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. You'll also have access to our app with all the information you need: the accommodation, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
