Facing south-west, it enjoys lovely afternoon light and a warm, peaceful atmosphere. Just a short walk from Denfert-Rochereau and its connections to the rest of Paris, it's an ideal base for your Parisian adventures.

The space

From the moment you step inside, the apartment has real character: the rooms are generous by Parisian standards, the south-west light floods the living room in the late afternoon, and the terrace invites you to enjoy some fresh air without leaving home. The layout works well for two people or a small family.

Bed linen and towels are provided, a washing machine and ironing equipment are at your disposal, and a hairdryer is included. The apartment is heated by individual electric radiators. There is no parking associated with this property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by stairs only — there is no lift in the building. Entry is via a secure keypad at the building entrance, then directly through the apartment door using the keys provided before your arrival.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Avenue du Général Leclerc is one of the lively main thoroughfares of the 14th arrondissement, lined with food shops, artisan bakeries and neighbourhood cafés where regulars gather every morning. A few minutes' walk away, Place Denfert-Rochereau is a landmark of southern Paris: home to the famous Catacombs of Paris, the Lion de Belfort statue at its centre, and a constant buzz of activity. The Edgar Quinet market, about fifteen minutes on foot, offers fresh local produce every Wednesday and Saturday in an authentically Parisian atmosphere. Parc Montsouris, one of the most beautiful green spaces in the capital, is reachable on foot in around ten minutes — perfect for a morning stroll or a picnic. The neighbourhood also has plenty of great places to eat, with world cuisine restaurants, traditional bistros and trendy cafés along the surrounding streets.

Transport

The apartment is exceptionally well connected: Mouton-Duvernet station (line 4) is just a 2-minute walk away, while Denfert-Rochereau, reachable in 2 to 3 minutes, offers metro lines 4 and 6 as well as the RER B — a direct link to Charles-de-Gaulle and Orly airports, and to the heart of Paris.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
