Welcome to this 47m² apartment located in Malakoff, a peaceful town just on the edge of Paris, perfectly positioned to explore Montparnasse, the 14th arrondissement, or La Défense. The apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building with a private courtyard, giving it a calm and sheltered atmosphere, far from street noise.

The space

The apartment faces west, bathing the rooms in warm afternoon light. The layout is practical and pleasant, with a clear separation between the living areas and the bedroom — comfortable whether you're travelling as a couple or solo.

The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, stovetop, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and blender — everything you need to cook comfortably. The living room has everything for relaxation, with WiFi access and a dedicated workspace for those who need to work remotely. A washing machine is available, bed linen and towels are provided, and the apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. Please note there is no parking available for this property.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a secure residential building, accessible through a private courtyard. Access to the building is secured, and all detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival. There is no lift, but this is not needed for a ground-floor apartment.

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Malakoff is a pleasant, human-scaled town, well connected to Paris. The apartment is located on avenue Irène et Frédéric Joliot-Curie, in a quiet residential area. Nearby you'll find everyday shops, bakeries and supermarkets to start your day well. The centre of Malakoff, with its market and neighbourhood cafés, is easily walkable. A few metro stops away, you'll reach Montparnasse with its restaurants, boulevard Raspail or the museums of the 14th arrondissement. The nearby Parc Léon Serpollet offers a pleasant green space for a breath of fresh air.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Malakoff – Rue Étienne Dolet station (line 13) is about a 5-minute walk away, and Châtillon-Montrouge station (the southern terminus of line 13, also served by tram) is equally close at around 5 minutes on foot. Both stations give you direct access to Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare and beyond without any connections.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
