The space

Situated on the 5th and top floor, this studio offers the peace and quiet you'll appreciate after a day of sightseeing. Its north-facing orientation provides a soft, consistent light — never too bright — perfect for resting comfortably. The apartment is also oriented north-east, allowing it to enjoy sunlight from the morning through to the afternoon and making the space particularly bright throughout the day. The space is well laid out, making smart use of its 38 m² to create a functional and welcoming interior.

Separate kitchen

Please note, we do not recommend this accommodation for children or people with reduced mobility from the mezzanine. There is no safety barrier on the mezzanine, which is why the accommodation is not suitable for children.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals: oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and blender. The living area has a TV and the apartment has WiFi throughout. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a washing machine is available. A vacuum cleaner is also on hand should you need it. Please note there is no parking associated with the property.

Guest access

The building is accessed through a secure entrance with a keypad and badge reader. Once inside the lobby, simply follow the interior corridor to the lift — which holds a maximum of 2 people — and take it up to the 5th floor. Your apartment is on the left as you exit the lift. Full instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Rue de Saintonge is one of those Parisian addresses that wins you over from the very first morning. Nearby bakeries fill the streets with the scent of fresh bread — the Maison Landemaine close by is a reliable favourite to start the day. A few minutes' walk away, the Marché des Enfants-Rouges, the oldest covered market in Paris, brings together producers and cooks from around the world: ideal for a delicious lunch in a lively, convivial atmosphere. Le Carreau du Temple, a former market hall now converted into a cultural and sports venue, is also just around the corner. Heading south, you'll find yourself immersed in the historic Marais with its grand hôtels particuliers, art galleries, the Place des Vosges with its arcaded walkways, and the Musée Picasso. The neighbourhood is also known for its independent designer boutiques, buzzing cafés and restaurants that blend tradition with a modern flair.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Filles du Calvaire station (line 8) is just a 3-minute walk away, and Saint-Sébastien – Froissart (also line 8) is reachable in 4 minutes. Oberkampf station (lines 5 and 9) rounds off the options at 5 minutes on foot, offering fast connections across the entire city.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions.
