Welcome to this cozy 22 m² studio, nestled in the heart of Boulogne-Billancourt, in a charming Art Nouveau building. Ideal for a solo traveler or a couple, it offers all the comfort you need to fully enjoy your stay.
The apartment is located in Boulogne-Billancourt, a quiet and leafy residential area just outside Paris, while remaining perfectly connected to the city center via metro lines 9 and 10, both just a short walk away.
You’ll also find plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as Les Passages shopping center and Square Léon Blum, located just down the street.
The studio also overlooks a small garden, accessible from the building’s entrance hall, adding a pleasant touch of greenery to the neighborhood.

The space

Facing west, the studio enjoys lovely afternoon light that gives the space a soft and welcoming atmosphere. The layout is well thought-out — functional without compromising on comfort, and easy to settle into from the moment you arrive.

The kitchen is fully equipped with air fryer, a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle — everything you need for a good breakfast before heading out to explore. The living area has a TV screen and electric radiators for cooler evenings. For everyday practicalities, you'll find a washing machine, a dryer, ironing equipment, as well as bed linen and towels provided, and a hairdryer. Please note there is no parking available with this property.

Guest access

The studio is located on the ground floor, accessible without a lift. Entry is through a secure badge-access system via the building's entrance hall — straightforward and discreet. Full instructions will be sent to you ahead of your arrival.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Boulogne-Billancourt is a lively and pleasant city that blends the calm of a residential neighbourhood with immediate proximity to Paris. Rue de Billancourt itself is lined with everyday shops and services — bakeries, grocery stores, cafés and restaurants are all just a short walk away. The Boulogne market, vibrant and colourful, is easily reachable on foot. A few minutes away, you'll find the banks of the Seine with their landscaped riverside paths, ideal for a morning walk or a jog. The Bois de Boulogne, the vast green lung of western Paris, is also nearby and offers lakes, shaded paths and peaceful open spaces. The neighbourhood also boasts a lovely architectural heritage, with several fine Art Nouveau buildings lining the surrounding streets.

Transport

The studio is very well connected: Boulogne – Jean Jaurès metro station (line 10) is about a 7-minute walk away, linking you directly to the heart of Paris with ease.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
