The space

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift — stairs will be required. Access is via a secure entry system with a digital keypad, and the apartment door opens with a standard key. Full detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Rue des Goncourt sits in a lively and authentic corner of the 11th arrondissement, halfway between the Canal Saint-Martin and Place de la République. The neighbourhood blends trendy addresses with everyday local shops: independent cafés, grocery stores and varied restaurants bring the streets to life throughout the day. Avenue Parmentier, a few minutes' walk away, offers a great selection of bistros and bakeries. For evenings out, Oberkampf and its bars are easily within reach, as are the banks of the Canal Saint-Martin for a relaxing stroll. The market on Rue de la Fontaine-au-Roi, the many terraces and the neighbourhood atmosphere make this area feel like the real Paris.

Transport

Goncourt metro station (line 11) is just 1 minute's walk away, connecting you directly to République, Arts et Métiers and Châtelet. Belleville station (lines 2 and 11) is about 5 minutes on foot, and Parmentier station (line 3) is around 6 minutes away, giving you quick access to Opéra, Nation and the Left Bank.

Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions.
