The space

Access to the apartment is through a secure gated courtyard. Once inside the building, make your way to the relevant block and take the lift or stairs up to the 6th floor. The apartment is easy to find right as you step out of the lift. Full detailed instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighbourhood market, the cafés around Place Émile Zola, and the quiet streets near Montrouge Town Hall are perfect for leisurely strolling. Culture lovers will appreciate the Théâtre de Montrouge and several local galleries that bring life to the area. Paris is just minutes away, with Parc Montsouris, the Cité Universitaire and Montparnasse all easily reachable.
