Welcome to this intimate studio nestled in the heart of Montmartre, one of Paris's most iconic and vibrant neighbourhoods. Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple, it immerses you immediately in the unique atmosphere of the Butte, among cobbled lanes, lively terraces and views over the Parisian rooftops.

The space

Facing east, the studio enjoys beautiful morning light that gives the space a warm, welcoming feel. Compact and well laid out, it brings together everything you need for a comfortable stay without unnecessary clutter.

The property includes:
- Living room/bedroom: 1 double bed (140 cm) — sleeping for 2
- Separate fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with shower and WC

In terms of equipment, the kitchen features a fridge, a freezer, a microwave oven, a full kitchenette and a kettle — everything you need to prepare your own meals. The living area offers all the essential comfort with individual electric radiators and WiFi. On the practical side, bed linen and towels are provided, a hairdryer is available, and the studio benefits from professional cleaning between each stay. Please note there is no parking associated with the property.

Guest access

Access to the property is via a secure badge system at the building entrance. The studio is located on the first floor, accessible by stairs only — there is no lift. Once on the floor, a corridor leads you directly to the apartment door.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

The studio is located on Passage des Abbesses, a quiet and charming lane in the 18th arrondissement, just a few metres from the Place des Abbesses and its iconic fountain. All around, Montmartre weaves its magic: rue Lepic with its food shops and market stalls, the Moulin de la Galette, the steps of rue Foyatier leading up to the Sacré-Cœur, and the small squares where artists and locals gather over a glass of wine. Place du Tertre, the artistic heart of the neighbourhood, is just a short stroll away. Further down, Place Pigalle marks the gateway to a livelier, more nocturnal Paris, with its bars and concert venues such as La Cigale and Bus Palladium.

Transport

The property is ideally located for getting around: Abbesses metro station (line 12) is less than a minute's walk away, and Pigalle station (lines 2 and 12) is about 4 minutes on foot. The Montmartre funicular, which connects the base of the Butte to the Sacré-Cœur, is also around 4 minutes away.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. You'll also have access to our app with all the information you need: the accommodation, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
