Welcome to this 52 m² cross-through apartment on the 1st floor of a Haussmann building on Avenue de Clichy, in Paris's 17th arrondissement. Just a short walk from Montmartre and the Batignolles neighbourhood, you'll find yourself in an authentically Parisian area — well connected and full of local life.

The space

The apartment benefits from a cross-through layout that fills the space with natural light throughout the day. The floor plan is well thought out, with a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas, making it comfortable for both short stays and longer visits to Paris.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and blender. The living room has a TV and WiFi is available throughout the apartment. For practical needs, a washing machine, hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided, along with bed linen and towels. Please note there is no parking available with this property.

Guest access

The apartment is on the 1st floor with no lift — access is via the staircase. Entry to the building is secured by a badge system, and the apartment has its own private entrance. Full instructions will be sent to you before your arrival.

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Avenue de Clichy is one of those great Parisian thoroughfares where food shops, traditional brasseries and neighbourhood life all blend together. A few minutes on foot will take you to the Marché des Batignolles, a charming organic market held every Saturday on boulevard des Batignolles, and to rue Legendre with its many tasty addresses. Square des Batignolles offers a lovely green space for a quiet moment. Heading south, you'll quickly reach the Montmartre hill, Place du Tertre and the Sacré-Cœur — a walk not to be missed. The neighbourhood is lively without being overwhelmed by tourists, making it a perfect base for experiencing Paris like a local.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Brochant station (line 13) is about a 3-minute walk away (265 m), Porte de Clichy station (RER C) is 3–4 minutes away (279 m), and Pont Cardinet station (line 14) is around 4 minutes away (321 m), giving you quick access to the whole city and its main train stations.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
