Welcome to this 62m² apartment located on Rue du Faubourg du Temple, on the border of the 10th and 11th arrondissements. A bright, south-west facing home in one of Paris's most vibrant neighbourhoods, just a short walk from Canal Saint-Martin and Place de la République.

The space

As soon as you step through the door, you'll be welcomed by a generous and well-laid-out apartment, bathed in beautiful afternoon light thanks to its south-west orientation. The two sleeping areas are split between the bedroom and the living room, offering flexibility depending on your group's configuration.

- Living room: 1 queen-size bed (160cm)
- Separate, fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with bathtub and toilet

In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to cook just like at home: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle and even a blender. The living room has everything you need to relax, with air conditioning for warm summer nights. On the practical side, the apartment has a washing machine, bed linen and towels provided, a hairdryer and a laptop workspace. Please note there is no parking available.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the ground floor, accessible from the street via a secure entrance integrated into a blue artistic mural — you won't miss it. A small hallway leads you directly to the apartment door. There is no lift, which is not needed on the ground floor.

Guest interaction

Your check-in is self-managed, between 3pm and 8pm. Keys are available for collection at a secure partner establishment near the property — all instructions are sent to you before your arrival so everything goes smoothly. During your stay, our team remains available for any questions. You will also have access to our app with all the useful information: the property, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is before 11am; all instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure.

The neighborhood

Faubourg du Temple is one of Paris's most lively and cosmopolitan streets. You are right in the heart of a neighbourhood that never stands still, where trendy cafés sit alongside local grocery stores, international restaurants and natural wine bars. The street itself is busy with shops and life at all hours, with plenty of bakeries, butchers and delis within easy reach. A few minutes' walk away, Canal Saint-Martin offers its picturesque towpaths for a waterside stroll, its locks and its shaded terraces that are hugely popular in fine weather. Place de la République, a major Parisian hub and beloved public space, is also just nearby. The neighbourhood is full of great places to eat and socialise, from the many restaurants along Rue du Faubourg du Temple to the bars of Rue Oberkampf just a few minutes' walk away.

Transport

The apartment is very well connected: Goncourt station (line 11) is just a 2-minute walk away, and Belleville station (lines 2 and 11) is around 4 minutes on foot. Parmentier station (line 3) is 7 minutes away for quick access to the heart of Paris.

You can check in on your own between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The keys can be picked up at a secure partner location near the property — you'll receive all the necessary instructions before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to find out your arrival time, so we can prepare the accommodation and welcome you in the best possible conditions. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are possible, subject to a €20 fee for key pickup at a partner location open 24/7. During your stay, our team will be available to answer any questions. You'll also have access to our app with all the information you need: the accommodation, the neighbourhood, local recommendations and more. Check-out is by 11:00 AM; you'll receive all the instructions the day before your departure.
